If the stats you posted are accurate (Emails Attempt:16072, BLocked 11941, and Forwarded 4031), then the following (from the readme.html help file) applies:

This is done to build a valid statistical base to use before emails are rejected. During this period of time, it is critical to avoid false positives. ===============================

Your SpamFilter only received and forwarded 4031 spam email, so you have a few more to go before the bayesian engine activates. Please also note that even after the initial break-in period goes by, SpamFilter will still be learning and improving itself as new email is received, and the statistical filter will continue to improve with time.
