I'm currently evaluating the SW - great, I must say. However, I’m experiencing a BIG problem. Email sent to a specific email address from a specific sender is being rejected even it listed in "unfiltered" white list. This is how it goes: our web site is hosted in a remote site. a user should fill a form which upon submission sends e-mail to this address - leads@boscom.com. SpamFilter then receives it, identifies it as to be bypassed, waits for something (???) and after 1 minute disconnects! Please view the log and note the time between connection initiates to disconnect ******* 05/14/03 11:32:43:358 -- (328) Connection from: 208.255.91.5 - Originating country : United States ********* For workaround, I have disabled all other blacklists, changed settings, bypassed Antivirus - nothing helped. I must say that without the SpamFilter the mail arrives successfully. Best Regards Lior |
