Hi Roberto, odd problem here, but a very serious one.
I'm using 3.1.3.615, and every once in a while I get this popping up. 04/12/07 00:56:00:520 -- Exception occurred during UpdateLocalBlacklistsAndINI: List index out of bounds (0) When I get that error, SF bounces everyone's email 04/12/07 00:56:32:583 -- (492) Mail from: usr@usr.com To: usr1@usr2.com - rejected - no relay allowed or % found in FROM address 04/12/07 00:56:32:599 -- (492) 127.0.0.1 - Mail from: usr@usr.com To: usr1@usr1.com will be disconnected I've had this happen a few times now, and the only way to fix it is to restart sf. I need help! |

Can you please zip and email us your "AllowedDomainsFileName" and the "AllowedDomainFilterMatrixFileName" files? Please also include a copy of SpamFilter's activity logfile (possibly trimmed to about an hour before and an hour after the error took place if the file is too large).

Negative, did not receive it, sorry. I'll send you a PM with our FTP site in case the email was too large (even though you should have received a bounce...)
