Every day I get the same e-mail that is not stopped by the keyword filter. I added a lot of keywords from this email but is still getting trough.

Take a look at the raw text body of the email message. It may be uuencoded and if so your filter would not be effective. If you can't see the text in the email, neither can the keyword filter.

I have this problem with numerous emails not just this one.
They are just plain e-mails as far is I can see. |

Please note that SpamFilter will scan for for keywords in the original source of the email. Some emails, especially html emails, may “look” completely different tan their source code once they are displayed in an email client. You will need to look at the source code of the email, not in the rendered text, to determine what keywords to block. Please also note that in some email clients, notably Microsoft Outlook, selecting “view source” in the client will not show the real source of the email, but just the transformed HTML content, which will usually be very different than the real source. If you can please email us that original source to support @ logsat.com we'll try to see why the email is not being blocked. |

I have had the same problem with "dontechit@yeah.net" and his friends "Tommy", "Johnny" & "John" for several months. By taking this
annoyance as a challenge, I installed Spam Sleuth ($35) software. This family of email now goes directly into the trash! Spam Sleuth was difficult for me to load, but I finally got it to work well within my Eudora email program. Love it  Good luck, boatguy, Blaine, WA
