What has happened to the responsiveness of the support via this forum? I have posted a few issues with the web interface for example and received almost no response and nothing from LogSat direct at all.
Admittedly I have not had a lot of issues with the product have have been running it for many many years to great success but I remember that the support via the forums were great and usually within the same day.
Can someone clue me in as to what has changed or if there is a new process to resolve issues so I don't have to go look for another spam solution after all these years?

LogSat has not been active on here since June 8th, I hope there is nothing wrong at LogSat...

Ouch, we're very sorry. Lately there's been a lot of posts regarding a 3rd party web administration interface for SpamFilter, and we missed your post as we thought it was related to that interface, not the one the one that we provide.
I'll reply ASAP to the other thread. As a side-note, please do remember that we always provide free support via email as well, so at anytime you can email us at support at logsat.com for anything!

Just glad you are still here! I was getting worried <G>. But no problem...we all deal with similar issues and constant demands on our time...and it is a small wonder there are any sane IT people left in the world...(not that there are!).
I found your response in the other thread and will jump back there to work it out.
