We have the IP addresses listed in our excludeddomains.txt but the system is still filtering traffic from these addresses.
The "cause" appears to be a "invalid MX record". This is one of our largest customers and the matter is extremely urgent! Version 4.2.4.850 Thanks, Roy

Roy,
If an IP is whitelisted, it should bypass the MX record test - we are not able to reproduce the issue. Could you please zip us the following so we can take a look:
If the zipped file is over 8MB in size, I'll send you via a PM the details of our FTP site so you can upload it to us. |
