Roberto,

     Why this expiration date ?

Does that means that the license mode "You may evaluate it as long as you wish. If you do decide that it is helping you substantially reduce the spam, we ask that you purchase a license for its use." will change ?

What about the price of $200 ? Will it change too ?

What are the plans for the next versions about this ?

Thanks,

Abel.

Abel,

The expiration date only applies to the beta bersion(s). We do not want to have 3-4 months from now fully functional (with possible bugs) beta releases out there on newsgroups and other sites.

When this new v1.2.x build will come out of beta release and become official v1.2.x releases, the same licensing mode will apply. There will not be expiration dates anymore, the product will still be provided in a "free for dev and test" license. Current registered users will have free access to this upgrade since it involves only a minor version change (it is still v1.x). The free eval build will have the limitation of only allowing delivery to the sys admin when using the end-user web interface.

Since the new web-based quarantine is a very big increase in functionality, we may increase the retail price when the new version is released. Again though, it will be a free upgrade to all users who already have a v1.x license.
