How to tell why a message is quarantined?

We have a number of messages quarantined. How do we tell which black list or for what particular reason the message was quarantined?

If you have the latest version you can edit the listspam.asp page to include the rejection detail info. Another way is to look in the log file for that day and search for the massage and the rejection details will be listed. Make sure you have loggin enabled. You could also query the database on the new version to find the info also. Each message will have that info in the record.

George, I do have the latest version (V 1.1.2.124) as far as I know and there don't seem to be any asp pages.  Where can I find this page? Or perhaps there is a newer version??? Please advise. Thanks,

John,
I'm sorry, I should had said the new beta version. It is database driven. All emails are quarantined in the database along with the reject reasons and details. It is also much faster.

George, How do I get a copy of the Beta? Or is it better to wait until it is released?  Really like the current product.

Just go to the download page and click on the lick and it will take you to a page that has links to download both files needed to install the beta. The beta is very stable and much faster. It is worth checking out.
