I have users from a company sending email that get filtered due to a keyword filter even though they are in my "Excluded FROM" and "Excluded Domains" lists. This seems backwards. Shouldn't address's and domains on these lists bypass all filtering? |

Yes, it does seem wrong. Can you please send us your spamfilter.ini file, along with your local black/white text lists? We'd need to also see the section of spamfilter activity log that shows the messages arriving and be rejected. Roberto Franceschetti |

Upon further examination in the logs, it appears to be because of a blacklisted text string that appears in the sender's email address. It would still make sense that whitelisted Excluded addesses should not get any further filtering.
